What Audiage Check-In is not
- Not a doctor, nurse, or medical provider
- Not a diagnosis service
- Not a therapist or mental health provider
- Not a lawyer or financial advisor
- Not a crisis line or emergency dispatch service

Emergency situations
If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent help, contact local emergency services right away.
Audiage Check-In cannot call 911, dispatch emergency responders, or replace urgent medical or emergency support.
What happens if we cannot confirm things are okay
- If the recipient misses the call, the result is flagged in the update
- If a concern is reported during the call, that concern is reflected in the update
- Updates may be delivered by email and/or SMS depending on the contact details provided
Updates are informational. The designated recipient should use their own judgment about what follow-up is appropriate.
Respectful use only
- No harassment, abuse, or hateful content
- No sexual or explicit content
- No attempts to exploit, manipulate, or bypass safety boundaries
The assistant may redirect, end the call, or stop responding if boundaries are crossed.
Privacy
We use call results and service settings to operate Audiage Check-In and deliver updates to the designated recipient.
We do not sell personal information.
