These Terms are between you and Pawcert Corp (“Pawcert”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Audiage Check-In.

Overview

Audiage Check-In is a phone-based wellness check-in service that provides daily calls and updates for families, caregivers, and designated recipients. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Not a Medical or Emergency Service

• Audiage Check-In is not a medical, mental health, legal, or emergency service.
• We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis response.
• In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Audiage Check-In and, if applicable, pay for ongoing service.

Accounts and Subscriptions

• Each subscription covers one primary care recipient unless otherwise stated.
• Plans include a set number of calls per day.
• Unused calls do not roll over.
• Call limits reset daily.
• If your subscription enters a paid billing phase, it renews automatically unless canceled.

Free Trial and Billing Terms

• Pricing and any free-trial offer are shown at signup and on the Pricing page.
• Your first month may be offered free if shown at signup.
• A payment method may not be required to start a free trial.
• If you want service to continue after any free trial period, you may need to add a valid payment method before the trial ends.
• If billing is not added before the free trial ends, service may pause, end, or not continue into a paid subscription.
• If you add billing and continue service, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current recurring price unless canceled.
• Fees and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use the service for harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• You may not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or manipulate the system.
• You may not use the service to impersonate others.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur.

Communications

By using Audiage Check-In, you consent to receiving phone calls, SMS messages, and email notifications related to the service, including wellness updates, billing reminders, account notices, and service-related communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawcert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Audiage Check-In during the previous three months.

Termination

We may suspend, pause, or terminate service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create safety risks, or do not maintain any required billing arrangement for continued paid service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
